I am the owner & operator Quietly Coffee in the beautiful
countryside of Eastern Ontario. The vision is simple: source and roast the coffee I want to drink all-day, every-day. Before Quietly, I worked as Head Roaster & Green Buyer at Cut Coffee in Toronto and also spent several years as a Manager & Barista at Sam James Coffee Bar. Previous to coffee, I spent many years completing a PhD and teaching courses at York University.
