I am currently the Head Roaster and Green Buyer for Cut Coffee in Toronto. Previous to Cut, I spent several years as a Barista and Manager at Sam James Coffee Bar.
My experience in coffee mirrors many of those in food and drink. It was a side interest that become a daily routine that become a life.
