I am currently the Director of Coffee at Quietly Coffee in the beautiful
countryside of Eastern Ontario. Before starting Quietly, I was the Head Roaster and Green Buyer at Cut Coffee in Toronto for five years and previous to that, I spent several years as a Manager and Barista at Sam James Coffee Bar. My experience in coffee mirrors many of those in food and drink. It was a side interest that become a daily routine that become a life.

While it seems strange to me that it has already been nearly a decade in the industry, at this point, I am very happy to share all of my experiences sourcing, roasting, brewing, and extracting.
